This is a 1941 Ford convertible Super Deluxe, black with a tan top and maroon leather interior. I am listing this for the family of an elderly gentleman who is in our local AACA club. This is a very nice car that was restored in the 1990s, and received an AACA National 1st place. Since that time it has been maintained and cared for so it could be driven on tours or to shows with no problems. The owner would not hesitate to get in it and drive anywhere. It starts, runs and drives just as it should. It is a three speed manual on the column with a V-8. It has a radio, dual mirrors, spot light and boot for the top. It comes with a car cover, bra and manual. It does have some safety upgrades such as rear seat belts and tail lights which comes in handy when in traffic. The lights were mounted to the bumper supports and there were no holes drilled so they can be removed for an original look with no damage to the car. It has electronic ignition and dual exhaust for improved engine performance. The owner has a Southwind heater that goes with it, but it is not installed. I looked the car over very well and found it to be in excellent condition in and out, underneath as well. There is an "L" shaped paint touch up on top of the drivers fender but it is small, I could not get a good picture of it because it is small, and one of the tail pipe extensions has a dent in it. The only thing I found on the interior was the threads have come loose on the edge of the drivers seat where the driver gets in and out and it has been patched, I have shown a picture of that. I was not happy with the pictures of the interior, as the seats look kind of pink in the pictures, but in real life they are a rich maroon or burgundy color. The top has no flaws and it is a power top, and it does work. Over all a super nice car that you can turn the key and go anywhere, satisfying even those with high standards of quality. I have access to the car if needed to answer specific questions. We welcome and encourage potential buyers or their representative to come and look at the car in person.
