ALL IT NEEDED WAS A STARTER, IT LOCKED UP IN WATER. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WATER DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. WATER DID NOT ENTER THE VEHICLE AT ALL, JUST IN THE ENGINE TO LOCK UP STARTER.
