We are Richland Motors of Cleveland, Ohio. Here and happy for almost 20 years. All buyers pay a title, temp tag, doc and registration fee of 199.00, PLUS any sales tax due, if any is due, depending on the state of registration. Now the car: We bought this car from the original owner, it has a bad motor, it needs to be replaced. That is the simple explanation. Yes the car does run and drive and well at that. The body is great, the interior is very nice, overall this car presents well, BUT the motor needs to be replaced. The motor makes lower end noise, it can NOT be saved, BUT it does run and drive.
