What we have here up for auction today is a Great Project Car! This is a 1967 Sports Sprint Mustang Coupe! This is and one owner original car only passing hands from the original owner to his brother and back to the original owner. This diamond in the rough is equipped with the Factory "A-Code" 289 4 Barrel Engine backed by the factory C-4 Automatic Transmission. It is also equipped with factory power steering. The Sports Sprint Model for 67 included the Louvered Hood with Turn Signals, Deluxe Wheel Covers, Rocker Panel Moldings, Chrome Air Cleaner and More! This Mustang is Acapulco Blue with two-tone blue interior. This Mustang is a great start for any project. It is in need of a full restoration. The Floors have been cut out to the transmission tunnel and new floors are ready to be welded back in. (Brand New Driver's Side Floorboard included with the sale). Torque boxes are in good shape. There is rust in the lower quarters, battery tray, trunk dropdowns (all normal for Mustangs of this vintage). All of the glass is in good condition except for a crack in the windshield. (Another windshield included with the sale). A fully restored fuel tank is also included. The front and rear seats are complete but in need of full restoration. A number of other extra parts come with the sale of the Mustang. Too many to list. The engine turns freely and is not locked up. It looks like the original equipment is mostly there like the original carb, intake, exhaust manifolds, and Special Sports Sprint Air Cleaner. This is truly a great car to start with.
