1966 Ford F-250. 2 wheel drive, V8-352ci, 4bbl, automatic, dual exhaust, pwr steering, pwr brakes. VERY SOLID SURVIVOR. Runs very well-no smoke, no knocks or ticks. C6 auto trans shifts great. (Truck originally had a manual transmission). The body is straight with no rot to be found. Slight crease in left fender over the wheel. Very minor surface rust only and the paint is obviously faded. At one point the truck had two extra 'side mounted' gas tanks which have since been removed. Reupholstered bench seat is in good condition. Chrome glove box door, ash tray and instrument panel. Has 5 aluminum wheels with Michelin tires in fair condition. The rear bumper and original side mirrors were removed but are in good condition and go with the truck. To the best of my knowledge the truck lived it's life in the remote dry area of east San Diego county, which is evident given it's condition. Glass is in good condition, minor chip in windshield, rear window has old worn tint film. The pwr brake vac-booster probably needs rebuilding as it has a hard pedal.
