Here is a great Ford F-600 flatbed tow truck. This truck is used everyday for a local 24hr wrecker service. It has a 6.1 liter V8. It has a 5 speed manual transmission that has lots of torque, and it is bullet proof. This truck is very very strong and heavy duty. This truck can haul it all!!! We have hauled every vehicle from Trucks, Cars, Vans, U-Haul trucks, Tractors, every type of vehicle you can think of, even granite and cargo. This truck has only 108,300 original miles on it!!!! It is a very straight truck with a great body. Up until now we operate this truck everyday. We have maintained this truck very well. It has just had the rear wheel seals replaced, newer front tires, new clutch, new tow cable, new jump start connectors and 30ft cable wires for easy jump starts, new flood lights mounted on the bed that light up the night while working, air filter and fluids, new running lights etc... The wench is a 10,000 pound capacity. We have pulled vehicles that had no keys stuck in park with the emergency brake on, and gotten them on and off with no problems. The wench is very strong!!! We always grease the points on the truck and regularly perform preventative maintenance on the truck. The truck has hot heat, and blows air from the vents however the A/C does not blow cold. The interior is in great shape for its age, there isn't even one tear in the bench seat. The truck runs on gas so it gets good gas milage per gallon and it's cheaper to run than diesel. It averages about 10 miles per gallon loaded in the city and around 15 miles per gallon on the highway. I like this truck because it is easy to work on if need be, and it doesn't have all the computers controlling it. It is a genuine work horse! The bed is 23 feeet long. The hydrolics work great on the bed too. It is a very solid truck. I would drive it anywhere. This truck could pay for itself in a month or two. Serious bidders only please.
