Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is our 2000 Ford E150 Signature Series (made by Glaval) high top luxury conversion van! We purchased the van from it's second owner in Pennsylvania, in May '08 with 63,172 miles. They were an older couple that bought it in '03 locally, and used it for trips with their grandkids, vehicle was always garaged. Vehicle is in very good to excellent condition throughout, with all items and options working as they should. Since purchasing, it has always been kept in our heated garage. We purchased the van to travel in, as our son was at a college 9 hours away and used it to travel to his football games, and on vacations to Colorado, Florida (2xs), Missouri, Wisconsin (2xs), and Oklahoma (3xs). Van has a few small door dings and scratches, but awesome shape for being 10 yrs old, and nothing worth trying to take a picture of. Original sticker price was $49,171.50! Have all original stickers and documents. Options on van include: deep wedgewood blue exterior with beige two-tone SUPER COMFORTABLE tan leather seats (like sitting in a LA-Z-BOY!!!!) awesome looking body kit, looks like it could be 2 years old instead of 10!!! rear A/C ducted in ceiling tinted windows pleated cloth blinds on all rear windows (all in like new shape with no tears or stains) power windows and locks power drivers seat cruise control power sunroof in rear 6 disc CD changer, and in dash single CD player/cassette player rear CD player 19" LCD flat screen TV with built in DVD player 5.4L V-8 engine with 3.55 limited slip rear axle drilled and vented front rotors custom chrome rims with Michelin LTX M/S tires Sidewinder alarm/remote start system towing pckage Since purchasing van, here is a list of items worked on/replaced on it: 5/08- battery was new when we picked it up 12/08- Firestone rear air bags installed (for leveling with heavier loads) 1/09- new starter 2/09- rear differntial seal, change fluid (had small leak) 2/09- new Michelin tires @ 75k miles 8/09- new front rotors and pads 2/10- front end work (steering shaft, radius arms and bushings, tie rods, and ball joints- $1658.00 worth!!) always used synthetic oil Van absolutely drives like a dream! We would take it anywhere tomorrow w/o any hesitation!!!! Extremely comfortable van on trips! Van needs nothing! Selling due to downsizing with kids all grown up, and don't need this large of a vehicle. You will not be disappointed!!!!! Van is a used vehicle, with no warranties expressed or implied. $500 deposit due within 48 hours of auction ending, please make all arrangements as quickly as possible to pick up van. Will deliver for a price, please contact me before bidding to work out a price for delivery. Will pick you up at either O'hare or Midway airports if needed. On Nov-05-10 at 03:28:01 PDT, seller added the following information: A couple things I forgot to mention or have been asked about: has a K&N air filter on it, with Bosch premium wiper blades saw a couple carpet stains in the pictures, and have gotten them all out the rear sofa is a power fold-down bed (everything works), that is actually quite comfortable! We've used it several times on some of our longer trips realized the right foglight is out, and it's a sealed unit so I can't replace the bulb the only rust I can see on the van is at the bottom of the passenger door, where there is a small bubbling (about 2-3" long) by one of the drain holes. It is not even close to being an issue, and with the body kit that is on it, you wouldn't see it even if the door was rotting. It would be very easy to take care of if you wanted to (My 2003 truck is 50x's worse than this!!) lastly, in doing a walk around the van after listing it the other day, the "worst" body issue is some scuffs on the rear of the high top. It had a incident with our garage door a year or so ago, the emergency cable got caught on the sunroof somehow, and as I backed out, the door rolled down about a foot, much to the dismay of both myself and the van. There is no structural damage to the van, literally just a scuff/scrape about 2" long intermitent across the back. Touched up some with touchup paint, it's hard to even see, I can try to get a picture if someone wants it. Just wanted to give any and all issues/things I could think of to make sure everyone has all the info I can get you. Bought our last 6 vehicles on eBay or online over the years, and know the more accurate the info the better!! Let me know if anyone needs more pictures or info! Happy bidding!!!On Nov-07-10 at 05:27:59 PST, seller added the following information: To clarify, the rust on the passenger door is on the inside, along the bottom where they put the drain holes. It is on the seam where the outside door skin is wrapped around the inside frame of the door. Just a minor surface thing.
