I rescued this bike from a storage unit. The owner left it in lieu of payment for his storage. His bill was large. The owner of the unit sold it to me "as is" and procuring a title would be my problem. It can indeed be done but she is grumbling about the paperwork. The owner left it years ago. Therefore I am selling it with NO TITLE. You are welcome to all the info I have gathered on the subject and it appears she will come thru? ABSOLUTELY NO PROMISES! are implied, however. I was there yesterday in fact. WV DMV seems like not a problem but I honestly just would prefer to sell "as is", buyer can handle it if he so desires and I will assist. It cleaned up nicely, had been in storage for approx 20 years. The exhaust is intact and it kicks over freely. Seat is good with two very small cracks on left side panel . The side cover missing in the picture is here. I removed it to display the state of the electrics. Bike appears all original. I previously restored a ca95 and this is a MUCH better resto project, trust me. I have other projects. The numbers come back as a late model 1965 but it may indeed be an early 1966 from my research. I have no paperwork, just web research on the vin numbers. This is a very good bike for someone wanting a Dream. Low mileage, some rust, small chips in paint, no holes I can see. Paint is original. Patina abounds here...This is more than a parts bike, trust me. I want 25 percent of final price by Paypal within 48 hours of auction end and the remainder on pick-up.On Nov-05-10 at 19:00:25 PDT, seller added the following information: I just this minute was able to procure a key for this online.
