This is a real 1974 Pontiac Trans Am 455 2 owner car with only 52,373 actual miles and all original rust free S.C. sheetmetal that has been garage kept and pampered its entire life!! This car is fully documented with all the factory books, copy of bill of sale to the second owner in 1976, all phs docs and more!! Out of 4648 of these cars produced you must take into consideration of just how many are left with these color combos, options and still remain in this condition and then you absorb the rarity of this car!! These are the cars that have already came to the front and assured their place in the collector car world as a safe and sound investment and have been seen at major auctions racking up astronomical figures!! When I came across this car it blowed my mind at just how well it had stood the test of time and had so much originality, class and style, I just had to have it!! This car is ALL original with the exception of a one time repaint and a few other mechanical neccessitys mentioned below... The motor and transmission have been completely rebuilt less than 5,000 miles ago and runs and performs excellent! NO PROBLEMS!! This car runs, sounds, handles and performs as if new!! When I purchased this car it had held up very well but it did show its age in a few mechanical areas, So I started with a fresh detail in the engine compartment and then got carried away and added all new brakes, hoses, fluids, belts, tires, battery, shocks, polyurethane bushings, all front end bushings, new steering box etc. etc. To ensure NO problems and a happy purchase for the next person! Other than the above mentioned this car is completely stock and original!! The paint on this car is absolutely beautiful color correct buccaneer red that was aplied professionaly aprox 6years ago. It is to say the least slicker than glass and laser straight! It offers a very intense deep and high gloss shine. All of the jams , rockers are also very solid and slick as well. All of the body panels are original and everything lines up as good as new and the the doors open/shut nicely! The glass and all stainless is all factory original and looks great . Th side glass does show some normal wear with a few lite scratches common to all 70 model T/A's and Camaros. The interior is ALL original and shows better than most cars interior that has been replaced but at the same time you have to take into consideration that it is 36 years old and is no longer flawless but extremely nice!! All of the gauges, factory radio, horn, lights, signals etc work properly! The A/C unit is all there but the does not blow cold. ( May have a slow leak or need recharged??)
