Vehicle Detail
So Im selling my baby. Its gonna kill me to do it, but now that Im driving a lot more, I figured it should find a new home. This car has been immaculately maintained during the time Ive had it. I change the oil every 3-4000 miles with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic and either OEM or Purolator Pure One Filter. The car has a Hondata reflash so it runs great and is still legal! Everything works like normal but you will notice increased throttle response and better gas mileage (assuming you can keep your foot out of it) When I bought the car it needed some work, and I have got it back into good working order now. The car needed 3 gears replaced in the transmission, clutch pressure plate and flywheel, and needed a new motor. The motor was a low mileage motor pulled from a running 2006 Type S. The gears were new OEM gears from Honda with Redline Synthetic transmission fluid. It also needed suspension work, new motor mounts, tires, and a ton of other stuff. I have receipts for most of it. I have well over $5,000 into this car since I bought it, as you can see below. This car is for a true enthusiast. It works wonders as a daily driver or a long road trip car (Averages over 30MPG on the highway, closer to 40 if you keep it ~60mph) The interior in the car is in great condition. No rips on the seats, though to be a honest there is a little wear since the car has over 120k on the odometer. The backseats look almost unused. I recently replaced the radio/head unit with another OEM unit because I was having problems. It works great. The sound quality is AMAZING for a stock radio. It doesnt have an AUX input but I will include the tape adapter I have if interested. I also replaced the rear windshield due to slight damage with a brand new OEM one with the defroster ($950). Overall this car is amazing. It wont need any serious work for a LONG time. The A/C is freezing and the heater works wonders. The 6 Speed Tranny shifts like butter and the motor ROARS when you get on the gas. All this getting over 30mpg makes it a GREAT alternative to boring $10,000 commuter cars.
