This is my pristine 1982 Honda 500 Turbo. I regret having to sell this most unusual bike, but I just don't ride it as much as I use to and hopefully the new owner will enjoy it as much as I have. I have owned many bikes in my time, Triumph's, Norton's, BMWs, Kawasaki's, etc., but the Honda turbos are my favorites. I have owned both the Honda 650 and the 500, and while the 650 has a better low end, both bike scream when the throttle is opened. It is like the engines double in size. The 500, in my opinion, is a much better looking bike than the 650. The colors are very cool, and as far as riding is concerned, I really like having to "work" the 500 at lower RPM's. It is a bit more demanding, but isn't that hat motorcycle riding is all about. I call it fun! The bike may have been originally sold in Canada, as the odometer reads in kilometers. There is a MPH band as well. The mileage reads 18000 kilometers which I believe translates to about 9 or 10 thousand miles. Everything work, including the clock. It is a wonderful bike that tracks down the road like it was on rails. It has fairly new Metzler tire. Good luck bidding.
