FOR SALE 1979 Pontiac Trans-Am, 400 cubic inch 6.6 litre V8. Automatic transmission with positrac rear end. Recent paint with all emblems. No exterior or trunk rust. Minor rust in drivers side floor pan. No AC. Car runs great. This was our family's second car and wife's hobby car. She has T-tops that don't leak. New tires and stereo with cd player. This is not the kind of car you want your teenage child to have. The motor purrs like a kitten until you step on the throttle, then the edelbrodk cam kicks in. Interior has been redone, including new door panels and carpet. For a minimal amount of investment she would be a great show car. If you're looking for the muscle car of yesterday without spending a ton of money, this is your baby.
