We are the original owners of this 1999 Ford Windstar SE Silver Mini-Van. It has been a very reliable car for our family however, the steering has been making some noise and the car is hard to turn. A 5-Star Ford Dealer told us it needs a new steering rack (leaking) and a steering pump. We've decided NOT to make these repairs and are selling the minivan AS IS. Aside from the steering issue, it runs well and has had ALL required, regular maintenance performed since we bought it and any recalled repairs done by a Ford Dealer. We have original receipts of most work done to the car. Here are some highlights: APPEARANCE: There is a large scratch on bottom of passenger front door (see picture). There are minor nicks, scratches and dings as with any used car (see pictures). Overall, still a nice looking car that has been well taken care of. OTHER:In the last year, it has passed the California SMOG test requirements which are rigorous!New transmission installed 2005Has never been in a major accident or needed major body work. New back bumper installed in 2005 due to a minor collision with parked car.
