This is a 2002 Volkswagon Beetle 1.8L Turbo engine. Silver with black leather interior. Full power, cold AC, and automatic transmission. This car is in great running condition and looks good, it has 96,000 miles on it and 27,000 miles on the engine.(Have the paper work that shows this). We are selling this car for my Dad, my sister had ran the car hot and the engine locked tight, so we had it replaced with a low mileage engine, turbo, water pump, and timing belt. This is his loss and your gain. The car runs like a top and is great on gas mileage. It is a used car with the normal wear of minor scratch areas on exterior. No major dents or damage. The passenger headlight does have some hairline cracks in it.(See Picture). On the interior the headliner has 2 small cigarette burns, but nothing that is real noticable.(See picture). I am a non smoker myself and the car does NOT smell of cigarette nor does the venting system. The car is a real clean car and runs great with the engine and transmission. We had two new tires placed on it and a four wheel alignment. The other two tires have 80% tread life left.(See picture). We also had it newly inspected. This car is for sale locally for $6800.00 and we reserve the right to sell locally prior to auction end. Thanks for looking and Good luck bidding.On Oct-19-10 at 08:20:41 PDT, seller added the following information: We stated that we had two tires replaced but we noticed one of the two we were leaving had worn funny, due to the alignment so we replaced all four tires with new ones instead.On Oct-24-10 at 13:06:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Reguarding the one accident that is reported ,we were unaware of this when we listed this car.We researched this and found that it was backed into in a parking lot and the rear bumper was replaced or repaired and repainted.There is no visable evidence of the repair now,you cant tell it at all.
