Vehicle Detail

1976 Lincoln Mark IV with only 46000 original miles. 460 cubic inch motor. I believe this is the Light Jade Dark Jade Luxury Pkg. Runs and drives very nicely. The 4 wheel disc brakes perform perfectly. Fully loaded and everything works except the clock and a new or newly rebuilt one is included with the car. Headlights function like new. The car can sit for a month or more and they stay closed, the vacuum does not leak off at all. The air cond. blows cool. It has not been charged. The factory security system functions properly as well. All windows, power locks, power trunk, headlight dimming system, climate control, cruise control, all functions for power seats, the AM-FM 8 track works perfectly, Tilt wheel, the buzzer for the ignition switch works, the low fuel warning light, remote mirrors, intermittent wipers....Everything except the Cartier Clock and a new one is included. A CB Radio is also installed. The antenna clamps to the trunk lid. It could be removed without any damage. The body is very nice. I can see no apparent signs of body work. The paint is fading on the tops of panels.Mostly on the roof. It could possibly be buffed out. The sides are nice. There is one spot on the passenger side below the stainless on the vinyl top that is shown in the photos. It can be touched up. It is only on the surface. The stainless trim looks good. The chrome is all shiny but shows some weathering. The vinyl top looks real nice. The interior is nice as well. The front seats show only very minor wear, not ripped or cracked. The back seats look almost new. The door panels are nice and the door pulls look like new, not cracked at all. I've never seen door pulls on this vintage Lincoln that weren't cracked. The carpet is thick and barely shows any wear. Headliner is perfect. The dash has no cracks at all. Tires are new. The factory aluminum wheels polish up very nicely. The spare is also an aluminum wheel and it looks like it may be the original. The jack is original and the spare has the factory lock on it. Trunk has the original carpet and it is also in excellent shape. Underhood is nice and clean and still has factory paint markings. The underneath of the car is solid. New gas tank and muffler.Car cover is included ,a complete set of shop manuals and some other misc. parts. Overall a very nice solid car. MAKE ME AN OFFER ??? I would like to sell before winter. This car can be driven home without a problem. I have described the car to the best of my ability .Please ask any questions before bidding. The car is sold as-is. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. On Oct-11-10 at 15:54:47 PDT, seller added the following information:I took some additional photos of the roof and hood where the paint is thin and also of the passenger side lower chrome or stainless body molding. There is a ding in it. It looks like a rock hit it. If the new photos don't show up, e-mail me and I will send them to you. Aside from these two spots the car looks really nice.
