I am moving and I need this car sold. I don't have time for games. Clear title on this car. Drop in an engine and trans, gauges, lights, and you can get this car on the road in no time. 73 Buick Electra. I have owned this car for over ten years now. Mississippi car, drove it for 3 years, stored indoors for the past 7. Paint was stripped and primed. Body is very straight and solid. Some bondo on right rear corner, small dent, sanded out perfect, no waves. Chrome pieces are in very good condition. All the glass is there, the windshield has a chip, no cracks, side and back window has some scratches, but good overall. Some rust in trunk, see photos. I recently added a quick coat of white polyurethane to the top and painted the sides flat black primer so you can see how nice the lines are on this car. Interior needs some work. Dash was dry rotted and has been replaced with a custom dash, needs gauges, switches and vents installed. I still have the original gauge cluster and the sheet metal lower half of the original dash. This is included for now, unless I have to lower the price on this car any more. No carpet. Seats are decent but need reupholstered. Front seat is from a 74 Cutlass. New headliner and rear deck. 10" subs in rear deck. Door panels are in good condition. All of the door handles, locks, and window cranks work great. Missing outer lock cylinders on the doors. Passenger rear door handle button is missing. I have the trunk lock cylinder but it has not been installed yet. Ignition cylinder is broken. It turns and starts and turns off but if you pull on it, it falls out of the steering column. Driver's side parking light is not installed but in good condition. Passenger park light is broken. All other lights are installed and in good operating condition. Tail-light harness is missing. All other wiring seems to be there, engine bay looks complete, interior looks complete. Brakes worked great when I parked it and it's still full of fluid and has good pedal feel. Rear axle is the original 12 bolt Buick unit. The original drive shaft will go with this car. What does NOT go with the car: I have the door weather-stripping, roofline seal, trunk seal, and hood to cowl seal. This is no longer included so that I could lower the start price. These pieces of weather-stripping are being sold separately. Wheels shown are 68 Buick Riviera 15" Rally wheels in excellent condition. These wheels are being auctioned separately and are not included. I have the original wheels and three original hubcaps included in this auction. Bid on the wheels to get them with the car. This auction does not include an engine or transmission. I do have the original running 455 Buick engine(burns oil) and TH400 transmission(shift is sluggish but has all gears), if you want them add $500 to the final price. I can also sell these items separately. Other engine options include a 68 Riviera 430 and a 1968 Oldsmobile 455 bored .60 over with Keith black pistons. Both these engines easily make over 550 ft lbs of torque and have been professionally rebuilt. Your choice, $2500 each.
