Really nice diesel work truck with tons of room and power to get the job done. The Duramax 6.6L turbo-diesel is now justly famous for its toughness and longevity. Not to mention it's pretty quiet compared to the competition and gets excellent fuel economy for a truck this size. It will also pull a house. This truck is automatic, has cruise control, AM-FM radio, tilt steering wheel, dual-zone heat and cold AC. With the fold-down center jump seat and the folding rear seat, it has a maximum seating capacity of 6. The utility bed is made by Knapheide and is 10 foot long overall with the inside the bed carrying dimensions of 4 ft by 9 ft. The cabinets are a full 20 inches deep (yes, I have the key). A two inch square receiver is built into the heavy duty bumper but the towing wire harness has apparently never been used. The miles are about 152K but this is nothing on the reliable Duramax and you could expect to go another 150K or more with no problem to the engine. The automatic trans shifts smoothly, the brakes are in good condition. Two tires are in very good condition (about 11/32) and four are in fair condition (about 4/32 to 6/32). Two fuel tanks--the regular one midship and the auxiliary tank in the rear. The truck is very clean inside and out with no significant dents or scratches. This truck has spent all its life in Texas and California so no rust at all. This truck needs nothing except to be put to work. Smog check completed for California. New air filter and oil change.
