For your consideration, a 1990 Chevrolet Astro CL Mini-van. It's an eight passenger configuration (driver + 7). This vehicle was purchased in 1990 by my father from Gary Fronrath Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale Florida. He drove it after retiring and the first (approximately) 110,000 miles were "road" miles, as he drove it on trips around the U.S. Since mid-1991, the vehicle has been maintained on a regular basis by Patriot Buick-GMC in Williamsburg, VA. I came into possession of it when my mother wanted to replace it in July 2008. I've owned it since then. In June of this year, someone caved in the front passenger door and in July it was replaced with a used door. The moulding on the right front was not available and I have not attempted to secure one. In the photos, a small dent is visible on the right front fender, a result of the same incident. In the photos, there is a small amount of rust visible on the right rear door hinge. The third point is on the vertical post, right side, where some black paint has "flaked". These are the only cosmetic defects. The vehicle is equipped with: power mirrors, power drivers seat, a Sony AM/FM C/D player, rear air conditioning, power windows, air conditioning, a factory roof rack, privacy glass, 27 gallon capacity fuel tank (on the road, that's almost 600 miles@ 22 mpg) and interval windshield wipers. Although the vehicle is equipped with cruise control, it currently DOES NOT WORK. If I were going to keep the vehicle, I would consider repairing the cruise control, but since this vehicle is used primarily for local transport, the cruise isn't really missed. There is also a cigar lighter that has never been used. It does work, I tested it about an hour ago, but no one has ever smoked in the vehicle. The Virginia state inspection was performed in May of this year. Photos of the tires show good life left. (Tires were replaced as a set of four.) Both the second and third bench seats are easily removable for additional cargo space. Winning bidder will need to take delivery of the vehicle as is, where is, which happens to be Williamsburg, Virginia. If successful bidder wishes to have vehicle shipped, I will be happy to work with your shipper, BUT I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will be required via Pay-Pal within 48 hours of the auctions close. Full payment of the balance due will be required via Cashier's Check within 7 days of the auctions close. Failure to due so will leave the buyer in default and the vehicle will be re-listed.
