I have owned this car for about a year. It has approx. 88,000 miles on it. It has a silver exterior and a black/silver two-tone leather interior. It is a non-smoker's car. Rare, and incredibly fast. ---------[Features]------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ==Supercharged 3.2 Liter V-6 engine that sports approximately 354 Horsepower and approximately 220 foot-lbs of Torque, stock. ==5-Speed Automatic transmission w/ Speed-shift (The AMG transmission has a Speed-shift transmission which allows you to manually shift through the gears instantly with a tap left or right on the shift knob. This transmission, according to Mercedes Benz, shifts faster then human's can.) ==Rear-wheel drive ==Hard-top convertible controlled by holding down 1 button (takes approx. 13 seconds) ==Built in telephone w/ bluetooth wireless capabilities ==Heated seats/Dual Zone Climate Control (Left and right sides) ==Kenwood MP3/CD player + system (w/ auxiliary hookup (iPod, iPhone, etc.), G timer, picture graphics, remote control, cloth case, and 2 Kenwood speakers replaced behind both seats) ==Power everything (Seats, locks, Windows, Convertible, Alarm, etc.) ==There is an aftermarket Front Grill installed. I have the original grill which will be included with the auction, and requires 4 bolts and installs in minutes. ---------[A Brief history of Mercedes Benz AMG]------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AMG produced 9000 SLK 32 AMG's worldwide in total, and only 4,500 were shipped to the United States. Ending in 2004, Mercedes Benz no longer makes the SLK 32 AMG. While they were producing them, they had a policy; "One man, one engine". The "one man" that built this exact car's engine and transmission by hand, stamped his personal signature underneath the AMG cover. AMG now only makes the SLK 55 AMG, a naturally aspirated, non-compressed engine, with a high price tag. ----------[Problems]------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ==There are 2 or 3 very small chips in the paint, all of which are small enough where you can not see them with a camera, and are maybe 1 cm long. ==The front tires have roughly 25% tread, and the back tires have about 50-75%. ==The oil will need to be changed in about 2000-3000 miles from the date i posted this listing. ==The hydraulic arms for the trunk seem to be weak at times (2 of them). The door tends to fall on it's own sometimes.
