SCJ Confirmation Vehicle Condition The car is a restoration project, that due to lack of funds cannot be finished. History of Ownership It was purchased used by my grandfather in North Dakota in 1976. He kept it since then in a barn on his farm and in 2000 brought it to Texas, where he signed the title over to me and restoration began. Title is 100% clean, there have been 3 owners all documented.
