Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 1987 Chevy C10 truck.I bought this truck in June for $3,500. I am selling it because I need a 4wd pickup to get me to where I work, my new job requires it due to the snow the area gets, and it pains me to get rid of it. This vehicle has a lot of custom work done; including running boards, lights on the rear bumper, hood, skirt, running boards, and cab, there are cb antennas with all the wiring done. One antenna snapped off when hitting the tree branches on the side of the road, but it broke above the threads so replacing it is simple. The vehicle has 192,719 miles, but the motor was rebuilt at 100,000. It has a 350 8 cylinder, which runs and idles great. The tires had 10,000 miles on them when I bought it, and I have added 4,000. I also put new mud flaps on it. The bucket seats are in great condition, I added seat covers for $60 a piece simply because the leather seats get hot in the summer. There is a custom wood console built between the seats. The previous owner installed a JVC CD player, pioneer door speakers, and a 300 watt Alpine amp that all sound incredible. The truck needs a passenger side low-beam headlight, and there is a crack in the middle of the windshield from pushing the GPS too hard against it when I picked it up. I drove this vehicle from New Jersey to West Virginia with no issues when I bought it. It also made three trips from West Virginia to Baltimore when I started training for my new job, again with no problem. I would still trust it to drive anywhere, long or short trip. The transmission is a 4-speed manual with granny-gear, the clutch grabs low and shifts smooth. There are just a couple places on the lip of the bed where the paint is worn just a bit, and on the tool box. All in all you will not find a more attractive or better running truck. I bought it with a lot of new parts, such as the radiator, battery, ac pump, belt, and more I can't remember. The heater blows hot and the ac is ice cold. I'd keep it myself, this truck is solid and I love it, but I don't need two trucks. This vehicle will serve it's new owner for many more years. It took me a while to notice, but there are not 11 owners of this truck. The previous owner explained to me that the guy who had it before him moved a lot, and each time the DMV registered it as a new owner. I am the 4th owner.
