The smooth ride and handling of this world class touring bike is amazing. The aerodynamics and engineering truly reflect 40 years of fine tuning the Gold Wing model. The rich black color glistens like new and really pops the chrome accents. This motorcycle is for the rider that wants a comfortable, smooth ride with all the standard features found only on a Gold Wing. I bought this Gold Wing new when I worked at a Honda Powersports dealership a couple of years ago. Along with the bike I picked up two Arai helmets, Factory Service Manual, XXL GL1800 cover and an extended Warranty good through July 20th, 2014 that will all go to the buyer at delivery. I have always kept it clean and covered in my garage…the only time it has been wet was when I washed it after short outings. It has never been ridden in bad weather or abused in any way. There is a scratched area on the right side of the windshield where I got too close to a shelf in the garage. No big deal. There are no heated grips/seats or GPS. If you really need that then spend the extra three thousand. This bike features a Halogen Fog Light Kit, Color Matched Rear Spoiler with LED brake light, Pivoting Back Rest, Chrome Saddlebag /Trunk Molding Kit, ISO Grips, Highway Foot Pegs, Chrome Sharks Teeth Side Vents and Chrome Front Vents. There will be no 2011 Honda Gold Wings built. The Marysville, Ohio plant is closed. Dealers have only 2010 models to sell for 2011. That means this last design of the Gold Wing that debuted in 2001 is on hold. There was some crossmember strengthening in 2005 for the 35th anniversary issue followed by the biggest changes occuring with the 2006 model. This is the year the wiring harness was set up to take every available factory option and Premium Audio was introduced. Various option packages featuring Audio, Comfort, Navi and ABS became the defining difference for a Gold Wing buyer. Parts for the 2006-2010 model are interchangeable. Demand for clean pre-owned Gold Wings in this final version will go up as supplies dwindle. This beautiful bike needs to be in the hands of someone that will use it for what it was built for. This will be a steal for someone. I have set the reserve very low. If you want a hardly used Gold Wing for thousands less than a 2010 model then today is your lucky day…thanks.
