The MINI Cooper Convertible very well could be the first car that requires its owners sign a contract stipulating use. Use, as in that "all MINI Convertible owners sign a contract agreeing to motor with the top down at least 90 percent of an operating period." This car runs and drives great! It has never been in a wreck but it does have an airbag light on although the airbags are in brand new shape and have never been deployed. The car has no problems and everything works as it should.
