1978 Ford F150 Lariat Superb low miles 85820 Vehicle identification number F15 HRBK 0563 I bought the truck from the widow of the man who bought the truck brand new the day that he retired. They put a camper on it. The husband passed away in 1999 after nine years the lady decided to sell the truck it had 83k original miles on it. I bought the gorgeous truck. I love it. About a year later it was stolen along with my trailer, the thieves really did not want the truck, but they did remove some things from the truck such as the tailgate, radio CD player, carburetor a four barrel duel feed, the hand grips each side of the cab, wheels and tires. I have replaced Carb with a new Holly dual feed . Replaced everything else. The trailer and contents never recovered. The truck is fabulous it is a Lariatt with 85,820 miles original It has a 351 M engin. It also has a four barrel intake with a four barrel Holly dual feed CARB an excellent combination Automatic transmission C 6 excellent condition 2: 89 gear ratio differential excellent also great for gas mileage. I thought I would need lower gears to tow the trailer, so I bought a 3: 50 limited slipped third member differential. Never used it ,I had enough power.
