I bought this Prius to repair and have my wife drive but we just got a really good deal on a Volvo that only needed a timing belt replaced so at this point in my life, less work is best work. The prius starts runs and drives on both gas and electric mode but the radiator is bad and leaks the coolant fast so the car cant be ran very long. I bought this Prius being told the prior owner had a run in with a deer. The body damage is most of the passenger side, roof, and front end. Drivers side is in good condition and the interior is very nice. Has alloy wheels and good tires. If a person was really hard up and simply needed a car, I believe a new radiator, a windshield, and some bungee cords would get this car back on the road. The title for this car is clear, not salvaged. The accident was never claimed on insurance. This cars auction will be run with no reserve, so the highest bidder will own it regardless of final price. A $200.00 non refundable deposit on Prius is required within 24 hours of the auction closing to cover ebays high fees. If winning bidder wants to pick up the Toyota within 24 hours the paypal deposit is not required. I want make it clear that if you examine the Prius and find I have not listed it accurately I will not hold you to buying it and will still leave positive feedback on your account. Exterior: It is best to look at photos carefully and call me or email with questions so I do not inaccurately describe the body damage. Basically the car sat in the prior owners barn and my barn in its current condition. Prior owner began body work on passenger side and roof but did not finish it. It might be best for the winning buyer to consider this a parts car but I know I can/ could have repaired it. Drivetrain: As far as I can tell, the radiator is the only component that needs any attention. Brakes, parking brake, transmission, electronics all seem to work. Tires are good. I do not hear any odd noises from the motor or transmission. Interior: The seats and carpet could be cleaned since the winshield is missing. a few dash components are broken/ cracked where the prior owner put his Ipod hookup in. Gauges all work.
