THIS 1953 WILLYS JEEP THAT HAS UNDERWENT A FULL MAKEOVER. FIRST OFF THE TUB IS ALL STEEL VERY SOLID AND NOT PATCHED UP! THE FRONTEND IS A LATER CJ AND IS ALSO VERY NICE. THE PAINT IS VERY SLICK ON THIS UNIT. PAINTED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO IN PPG BASE/CLEAR. THE JEEP HAS 1900 MILES SINCE THE BUILD AND IS POWERED BY A 350 CHEVY V-8 AND BACKED BY A 350 TURBO TRANSMISSION. THE AXLE AND BRAKES ARE TOYOTA UNITS, THE FRAME IS FULLY BOXED AND THE JEEP HAS INDEPENDANT COILOVER SUSPENSION IN THE FRONT. THE INTERIOR IS VERY NICE WITH NEW CARPETING, LATE MODEL CLOTH BUCKET SEATING, CUSTOM GAUGES AND AM/FM STEREO. THE JEEP HAS A BIKINI TOP ONLY BUT DOES HAVE A NEW SET OF CUSTOM 20" WHEELS WITH NEW TIRES, DUAL EXHAUST, POWER DISC BRAKES WITH A STAINLESS FASTENER AND HARDWARE KIT since I owned the vihecle I had some work done new removable top , seat covers , and minor adjustments total of $2500 radio never worked and i didn't repair white wheels are not included only chrom On Sep-28-10 at 09:16:39 PDT, seller added the following information: jeep was always parked in heated garage and i used it for road only cruising (not a 4x4)
