Up for Auction is this classic 1982 Jaguar XJS H.E. - unique color! Had this car for about 9 months - runs and drives but I never put it on the road - wanted to fix issues before putting it on the road - never got around to it. The Good: V-12 engine runs good Intact Original Rims All Electrical Works New coolant temperature switch Car does not stall or overheat Working radio/cd player The Bad: Exterior has some rust in usual lower areas- interior floor has surface rust in front but is superficial Some minor dings in body Carpet removed Seats have ripped leather (will give seat covers with sale) Cracks in dash Window sweeps and rubber window seals need replacement Wiper and washer motors are defective Advise towing since I cannot guarantee the mechanical safety and driveability of this vehicle Tires have good tread but are showing signs of drying out Wrong type battery in car Overall a good car - wouldn't call it a restoration because these fixes are pretty easy and nothing major - let my loss be your gain!
