The paint is oxidized but may be good after a clay bar polish... Unfortunately, the oxidation happened once I stopped driving it frequently (I own another car and a sport bike)... The passenger window motor should also be replaced, I have a replacement window motor for it, just no time or garage space to install it and the passenger power unlock switch needs to be replaced too. There is a power leak, which is most likely from the stereo but I really don’t know for sure, so if it’s not driven regularly, the battery will die. There is also a small oil leak that leaks about a quart every 3months, it’s most likely coming from the intake manifold as that is a common area for oil to leak out with these cars. Also, the hinge on the center console is also broken. I replaced the motor mounts not too long ago with polyurethane ones and now I think the transmission mount is worn as there's a little vibration while under a heavy load in low gear, but it shifts great. Fortunately, unlike motor mounts, transmission mounts are a breeze to replace and are inexpensive. I have had this car for 9yrs and have loved it. If I had the garage space, I would actually keep it and fix it up myself; unfortunately, I don't, so I need to sell it as it sitting there isn't helping it. With a little bit of time and care, I'm confident this car could be "cherry" again. I have listed all the issues that I know of about the car, but I have driven it minimally for the last 18months (just enough to warm it up about twice a week), so I don’t know if there are any other issues. The car has had emissions issues in the past (high NOx), but recently I replaced the catalytic converter and the EGR valve and it passed with extremely low NOx, so that should have taken care of it (a little octane boost may have helped too). It passed on Sep 18th, 2010, so it isn't on the Experian History report yet, but one can check the smog history on the CA BAR website (I can't sell the car in CA without it passing first). Also, I would be willing to meet in Orange County or LA if that helps for pick-up or shipping...
