This is one of the nicest we've seen regardless of model or model year. This 2007 Escalade EXT is in excellent condition inside and out, and its loaded. This Caddy has over $6400 in factory options, including the climate package, information package, rear entertainment system, moonroof and 18" chrome wheels. This Luxury All Wheel Drive truck is in excellent condition inside and out, it runs like new. It is very, very impressive. The powertrain is still covered by the remaining factory warranty until 12/2011 or 100,000 miles. The exterior is in very nice shape. The paint shines like new all around. There aren't any notable dents or dings on the body, and Autocheck shows no accident or flood history or any other problems. Exterior features include chrome accents, 18" chrome wheels, running boards, fog lamps and roof rails. It also has a tow package, including front tow hooks and rear receiver with power hookup. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The hard tonneau panels are easily removed if you need to help a friend move (you WILL be asked) The truck bed is clean, and there are storage compartments on the sides of the bed. The interior is in very, very good shape. The leather seats have no rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in very good condition. Both front seats have power controls, lumbar, and heat and ventilation. The driver's seat has memory settings. There are also power adjust pedals, so anyone can find a comfortable driving position. The rear seat is also in great shape. You can fold down the rear seats and lower the midgate for access to the bed. The rear window can be removed. This Escalade has some very nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; remote start (also turns on the heat or A/C from a distance) tilt wheel ; Cruise control; auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer, and a whole lot more (see the chart at the top of the description) more. The steering wheel is heated. Safety features include dual air bags, curtain air bags, traction control and ABS. The BOSE audio system features an in-dash 6 disc CD changer and XM radio, and it sounds fantastic. The large, colorful touch-screen display shows GPS navigation info, full and split-screen map views, as well as audio, OnStar and system settings. If the vehicle is in park, you can also view DVD videos up front. A touch of the screen brings up menus and controls. When you put the truck in reverse, the screen automatically switches to the rear camera view. (you can turn this function on or off) This Escalade EXT also has the rear entertainment system. It includes a widescreen DVD monitor, rear audio controls, headphone jacks and auxiliary inputs. There is a power glass sunroof, HomeLink, and auto rearview mirror with compass / temp display and OnStar. Both remote key fobs are with the truck. The 6.2 liter V8 is rated at 403 hp and 417 lb-ft or torque - it runs very, very well. The tire tread is good all the way around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
