You are looking at a nice 1985 Chevrolet 4X4 Pickup Truck. I am selling this truck for a friend of ours who has owned the truck the last couple of years. HE bought it as a second vehicle and really just decided to sell it due to the fact he never really uses it and its taking up space. He has agreed to let me sell it at NO RESERVE as we do all our Vehicle auctions to the highest bidder. He paid a little over $7500 for the truck when he bought it and would lke to lose as little as possible. We are asking $6800 on the lot or best offer locally so there is a chance it could sell before the auction is over and we reserve the right to pull it if a deal is made.
Now for the Truck Details, As you can see by the pictures, this is a Very Pretty Truck and has definately not been been abused or taken off road alot like alot of these older trucks that are lifted. You can see by the condition underneath that he just used it for street driving and occasionally on a trail during hunting season but not through the mud. the Truck starts right up and drives very well for a truck that has been lifted, you can tell it was done professionally and with good equipment. From what I understand, this truck was originally equipped with a 305 V-8 but was later replaced with a the more powerfull 350 5.7 Liter V-8. The interior is in really good condition for the year as you can see in the pictures, and Overall the exterior is in good condition as well. I can see where the Bedside has had some body work done in the past and one spot has a small crack where apparantly the previous bodywork has seperated as shown in one of the pictures of the passenger bedside. This truck is not a showtruck, but it is also definately not a junk ridgerunner, it is a solid, good looking old Chevy 4x4 that starts up, runs good and looks great. As for any vehicle older than 10 years old, we dont guarantee actual miles but with this kind of truck it doesnt really matter anyway. We do guarantee it to be a clear title, and start up and drive out as described. If you are looking for a great looking four wheel drive truck for a reasonable price, then dont miss out on this NO RESERVE auction.
