My neighbor owned this truck about 10 yrs. he passed away about a year ago and left us the truck, we parked it and havent drove it other than a rutine test drive now and then to make sure it runs good, the body is pretty rough,dents dings scratches, and bad paint, im guessing alot of the bigger dents are in spots that can be knocked out, the running boards (inside floor) are shot, i was going to find a mig welder an try and weld in sum new metal but havent got around to it. we put a new ignition in due to kids losing the keys. While mowing a couple months ago i hit a wooden ball and shot the back window out, i cleaned all the glass out of the cab and removed the outer rubber seal, so new window can be slapped right in, ive kept a tarp over the cab to keep the weather out. The motor and tranny are perfect, and sound. runs great shifts smooth, 4WD works GREAT, its got about 80% tires although pass. side rear slowly loses air, maybe dryrotted or a small hole or jus where it hasnt been drove hardly ever. With a lil restoration this would make someone a great work/school truck, or a great truck to completely restore/overhaul, it's awesome on gas, which most 4 cylinders are the windshield is cracked and has been for as long as ive seen the truck, but not bad. my intensions was to find a new cab and remove this cab and switch em' then go through the motor and tweak it up a bit and put dual pipes on it make a cruiser, but its jus sittin here and I decided it might make someone else a nice truck or project, but it will drive so the buyer can pick it up and drive it home, if needed i could ceck and top off fluids for buyer and make sure tires are full. It does need a battery, the one in it has been bounced around between this truck and the caddilac we have for sale also it will start and run the truck but goes dead after sitting for a few days.
