Up for auction is a 1969 Volkswagen Custom Beetle, Runs strong, rust free, passed very strict nj inspection in 2009, car is garage kept. Paint is good, small dent under passenger side tail lamp. Motor was redone just before i purchased it back in 2008 and in my estimation i have put on about 1000 miles. Needs some very minor TLC probably an afternoon of work, passenger side window winder needs some work (to make it seemless), window needs some guidence going up as is, and D/S outside mirror wobbles a bit at highway speeds. Tires have less than 100 miles on them.The car has POWER Captain chair seats with shoulder belts, new headliner,nice sounding speakers and tweeters.Everything works!!! Im selling the car because I need the space in my garage for the motorcycle i purchased which has taken the majority of my free time. I have about $8500 invested in car, my loss is your gain! NJ title is TMU because the speedometer was replaced. It is a very solid car, you will not be dissapointed!! Feel fee to send some one out to inspect the vehicle if you cannot come take a look yourself. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs, but i will help in loading etc. The pictures were taken 9-22-10 and the car was not even washed, i just pulled out of the garage and snapped the photos.
