Vehicle Detail
1967 Camaro RS/SS Resto Rod Tribute Car that is Laser straight that has been redone with no expense spared. I have close to $50,000 in this car and many hours of sweat and tears. This is one of the finest cars you will find for sale. This car will not disappoint. Lets start with the Body I guess. The car was completely tore down by a very professional and experienced restoration expert. He replaced almost every panel with top quality parts, 100% quarters, inners, outers, fenders, skins, tail pan, all moldings and bumpers. Etc. The floors and rockers were in great condition and were completed covered with a chemical to keep them that way. The car was blocked, blocked & blocked to give a mirror like Tuxedo black finish and then buffed and colored sanded for another 40 hours to take it to the next level. The interior was done by a professional upholster that has been featured in several magazines for his quality work and attention to detail. A Deluxe looking interior was installed with a few twist like the white leather strip inserted in the rear seat to make the bubble bee theme complete throughout the entire car. The truck was splatter painted and then was completely customized the classy way, boxed in wrapped in leather. The car has a factory console with a brand new gauge pack and factory tach in the dash, all new door panels, new OER Reproduction seat belts for cruising, Etc. The engine is a 400, .30 over so its a 406. Pure Performance Racing built the engine with nothing but the finest parts including a steel crank, Eagle H-Beam Rods, ProAction Aluminum heads that were ported for awesome flow, 830 HP Holley sitting on a polished Air Gap intake. The car has a Digital 6AL ignition and a Pro Billet Distributor and Taylor Wires. The car has an Aluminum Radiator for those hot days without a problem. The builder estimated the engine at around 500 horsepower is very streetable. The engine might have 200 miles on it at most. No one has driven this car besides myself and it runs very, very strong. The transmission is a 350 turbo with a 3500 stall that has built to handle the power without a problem. The 8.5 10 bolt rear-end has been completely redone and improved with 4.10 gears and C-Clip Eliminators. The car has new custom rear leaf springs and Southside lift bars for traction and sub frame connectors. This is just a few more things I can think of: Complete 3 inch exhaust with polished Magna Flow Mufflers. Hotchkis 1 inch lowering springs in the front. Hotchkis Front sway bar and new bushings. SSBC Front Disc Brakes with the upgraded aluminum calipers. All new brake lines, front to back, Brand new polished Master cylinder. Every piece of wiring was replaced by OER including the fuse panel . Brand New 17 inch Boyd Codington Junk Yard Dogs rapped in Bridgestone Fusion Directional’s. New shocks both front and rear. New Fuel system, Tank, Filler neck, Lines, Sending Unit Every Bushing, Tie Rod, Ball Joint was replaced. Every piece of Chrome on this car was completely redone or replaced(Everything that was GM that could be made to look perfect was used so no fit issues) Door Handled, Bumpers, Wheel Wells, Window Molding, Light Bezels both Tail Light and Park and every lenses was replaced. This car done for me to keep and with the economy I must sale. This is a show winner and I would really like to sale this car to someone to keep and drive or show. The reserve is set much lower than the amount I have in it so please don’t insult me with low ball offers because I don’t have to sale it today. The car will need an oil change because its been gathering cob webs. The only thing that needs a little time spent is on the front limit switches for the hideaway headlights. The system is brand new, Im just missing something small I guess but no big deal at all. This is a Brand New Camaro Basically. I didn’t spare any expense and redid or replace everything.
