Hello, Up for auction here is a really nice 1976 Honda CJ360T. The bike is a two cylinder and runs great! The bike is all original except for the tires and the paint. Owner before me changed out the original handle bars for the clubman cafe style bars but the originals will be included in the sale along with the stock mirrors and a shop manual. The bike has 6003 miles on it as it sits (may be slightly more at time of sale, I ride it to town occasionally). When its cold it takes two or three kicks to get it started, once it is warmed up it starts almost effortlessly! It runs really good, shifts through all the gears without issue. Clutch is in good working order as well. Brakes are great too. It runs down the road very smoothly and straight as an arrow. Never been dow as far as I can tell. The bike looks great for its age, paint shines nice, chrome is in great shape. No dents or dings. The exhaust is solid and looks/sounds good it does have a slight amount of corrosion on the back side of the header pipes (could probably be polished out, I'm too lazy to remove it from the bike and do so!..lol). There are a couple of very small chips here and there from riding but nothing serious or even noticeable.The engine is clean and does not leak or consume oil. The forks are nice with no leaks....one of the dust boots has a crack in it but it is hardly noticeable. Chain and sprockets are in good shape, The tires are in great shape with about 1000 miles on them....they show next to no wear and will be good for at least a few more seasons. The carbs were professionally cleaned and rebuilt last summer, it has a new battery, the headlight has been swapped out for a halogen (much brighter, looks like stock) all lights, gauges and electrical works as it should. The original tool kit is intact and under the seat in the storage compartment. Fresh synthetic oil change and plugs/filters this season. I have one key and a clear MI title. I have ridden this bike on a couple of 100 or so mile trips with no issues, its very reliable! All in all this is a great bike, it would make a fantastic starter bike as it is light and easy to maneuver. It would make a great commuter bike as it gets about 50-55 miles to the gallon! This model was only made for two model years and is somewhat hard to come by especially in this condition. I have a very reasonable BIN price set and the reserve will be in the same range. Bike is located in Caseville, MI....I would prefer a local pick up but I am not opposed to shipping it if necessary.
