Up for bids is a green 96 BMW 750 IL. Well taken care of. I just purchased this from my Father-In-Law's estate in June to help out Mother-In-Law. Wife says something in garage has to go, so this is it. This was his pride and joy. Car drives very well. No known issues with this one. V-12 still pulls strong. Transmission shift smoothly. Kids love the expansive rear seating area. A/C blows cold! This was BMW's flagship car in 96. There are a few of minor dings and scratches, as can be expected with a 14 year old car. No accidents! Interior is in very good shape. Has leather dash, two tone leather with wood accents. Replaced the shifter knob, which had cracked clearcoat, with leather and wood one. Original shifter included. Has new grill (01 style), as well as new seat switch covers. There is a spot on the center console where the leather is worn from use. Six disk cd changer in trunk. Sun roof. I believe this had every available option in 96 except for navigation. This car looks very good as is, but adding new wheels would really make it stand out. It had chrome 20's which I had given my Father-In-Law, and was a real head turner. I took them off and put them on my 06 750 because they hold the sentimental value for me. Last photo shows the vehicle with the 20s for reference only, they ARE NOT INCLUDED IN AUCTION!! Original rims are in very good shape. Two BMW emblems need replacing on center caps. Available here on Ebay for less than $10. Tires are in decent shape although one has small gouge in sidewall. Full spare in trunk. This one has the double laminated glass, referred to as "bullet proof". Very quiet interior. Missouri State inspected. Tinted windows to Missouri and Illinois legal specs. Has only a couple small dings, a few small chips on hood which are covered with touch up paint, scratch on rear bumper covered up with touch up paint. Car is 14 years old, but looks very good for her age. Nothing in interior ripped or torn, just slight wear on surface leather, looks really good for a 14 year old interior. Father-In-Law had code troubleshooter/re-setter which I will include with vehicle. Some pixels in dash are fading, but nothing major (as can be seen in photo).
