Vehicle Detail
NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!!! 1985 CHEVROLET M1009 BLAZER 6.2L Detroit |Diesel TH400 Automatic transmission with NP-208 Transfer Case 51,000 miles Vehicle runs great, great power, starts easily. Transmission and transfer case shift smooth and easily * Engine: 379ci (6.2L) Detroit Diesel V8 engine * Power: 155 hp (116 kW) @ 3600 rpm * Torque: 257 lb·ft (348 N·m) @ 2000 rpm Has Bfg All-terrain 33-12.50-15 tires with plenty of lift left on them. Has stock suspension. Front Fender was clearanced a little to prevent rubbing. NO SPARE. The Good: 1. Motor, tranny and all drivetrain work great. Drives down the road easy. 2. Has Heavy Duty Roll bar for rear passengers, Roll bar has Double angle tubing for reinforcement to both sides of the wheel well. 3. All seats are in excellent condition, no rips or tears. 4. Vehicle has no rust but for a small hole by passenger upper window on the cab, about the size of a quarter. vehicle has been in Colorado for most of its life after service. Body has a few dents in dings on the fenders and looks like it has had some military body work done, but panels are solid. Vehicle has on 51,000 miles! The Bad: 1. Has only windshield glass, all other glass has been removed for open air driving. 2. Turn signal swith is broken, windshield wipers work but trun signal lever will need to be replaced. All lights - including night vision lights work as should. 3. No horn button on steering wheel. 4. One injector on right side seems to be clogged. Vehicle smokes a liitle from passenger side exhaust, as well there is a small knock from motor because of this, but as stated the vehicle runs great and would have no problem driving an extended trip - if you dont mind the wind. I live in Ouray Colorado and used this as a family trail rig. It never let me down and drives great all over the mountains. This seems to be the best way to use the vehicle with the windows out or someone could install windows and fix turn signal switch and drive all the time. Other insterests have made my need to sell this, so with no reserve on the listing I hope someone else can enjoy it. I have tried to express everything I know of this vehicle for the listing, please if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. ****NOTE: THIS VEHICLE CAN ONLY BE SOLD TO TRUE AMERICAN CITIZENS- BLESS US ALL!!!!
