Hello- You are bidding on a very nice '92 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4. I will not waste your time with a bunch of history about why Mitsubishi made these cars, I will just give you the facts about what is included in this package and why I need to sell my car. This car is from El Paso, Texas where my brother owned it. He was getting married and needed the cash so I bought it from him. Unfortunately I broke a bone in my right foot almost right after I bought the car so I was unable to drive it. Due to the ongoing pain associated with this injury and the permanent disability that followed (and the massive bills) the car was stored in my garage for basically the last 5 years. I go out and fire it up every couple weeks and run it around the block to keep the fluids flowing and rubber good, but am unable to drive it daily because it has a manual transmission. Enough of this, the car is very solid with no rust and it has never been in an accident, as least as far as I can tell. This car has a 3.0 liter 24 valve dual overhead cam twin turbo intracooled V6 engine. It has a 5 speed with overdrive manual transmission. It is full-time 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel steering (very neat to drive) with an electronic control suspension. It has 4 wheel anti-lock disc brakes and an active aero package (can change the front airdam and rear wing by the push of a button). There is a driver's side airbag, auto. temp. air conditioning, power windows and door locks, auxiliary 12 volt power outlet, leather wrap parking brake, cruise control, steering wheel audio controls, tachometer, trip odometer, turbo boost and oil pressure gauges. This car also has driver's side and passeneger side visor mirror lamps, variable intermittent wipers, rear wiper/washer, rear defroster with timer, mirror defrosters, halogen headlamps with auto-off projector type fog lamps, dual remote door mirrors, power antenna, floor mats, sunroof and leather front surf seats, leather interior and rear seats. It also has 7 way adjustable driver's seat with 5 power adjustments. The exterior is metallic sandstone gray with gray leather interior. This car has all the factory options except for the factory installed cell phone! Here are the extras!! The car has 18 X 85-114.3 Zenetti Milano chrome rims each with 2 different locking lugnuts, 245/40ZR-18 Pirelli POne low profile tires, Python 460HP security system, blue/green undercarriage neon lights, EL-Glo blue face gauge overlays, window tint, Pioneer Premier 6 disc CD changer in the rear with steering wheel mounted remote, K&N high performance air cleaner, dash cover and front washer fluid port blue lights. The oil cap is blue aluminum ande the valve cover face plate is a specially made aluminum plate with VR-4 on it. The car also has a brand new 800 cold cranking amp Duragold battery in it. Also included in this package are the original owners and maintenance manuals, the original dealers brochure, the receipts, (3) locking lugnut keys, a spare car key and security system remote, an extra El-Glo face gauge overlay system, original oil cap and valve cover face plate. I am also including the (4) original 8.5J-17 aluminum alloy rims. Less then 20,000 miles ago this car had a new water pump and timing chain installed and the tires and rims have less then 10,000 miles on them. There is no stereo sytem or rear console speakers, I figure you would probably want to install your own sound system anyway. The car is already wired for a large amp and rear speakers (I just capped them and they are hidden underneath the rear seats). I am sure there are probably many cool things about this car that I never got the chance to enjoy or just don't know about. Everything works on this car, I had it all checked out before listing it. The only things wrong are that the front inner neon tube is cracked (inside the outer tube) so the front neon does'nt work and the drivers side window needs to be reset in the track, it is up but when you put it down you need to fanagle it to rise and set properly in the groove. The only reason that I am selling this car is that I needd cash bad and fast. I have a mountain of bills and have been unemployed from 11/07 until 6/10. I can neither afford to drive or insure this car and can't really drive it if I could because of my permanent foot injury.
