WHITE 1999 CHEVROLET ASTRO VAN (3 DOOR): The La Grange, Illinois Police Department is selling ONE vehicle: a white 1999 Chevrolet Astro Van with a mileage of 156,097. The vehicle runs well considering its age, but will need a tune up, air conditioning charge, new battery, and a new driver's side front tire (balding, but okay for now). The vehicle has power door locks and windows, AM/FM stereo, and appears to have a relatively clean interior. The vehicle's color is white with gray cloth and vinyl front seats. There are no rear seats available in the van-the van was used for hauling cargo. The front windshield is cracked as seen in the photographs. There is a small dent on the driver's side top of the hood and another small dent on the passenger side top of the hood. There is minor accident damage to the passenger side rear 1/4, not major damage (see photographs). The rear view mirror is in the vehicle, but will need to be re-mounted. The vehicle would be great for a small business or hauling light cargo. The vehicle is a seized/forfeited vehicle and must be auctioned by Illinois law-there is no buy-it-now option. The vehicle is being sold AS IS and with NO WARRANTY. The winning bidder is responsible for the pickup of the vehicle or making arrangements through a shipping service (again, the vehicle is in driveable condition and ready to go).
