Vehicle Detail
Hi, up for auction is a 1965 Ford Falcon 2 Door Wagon. These 2 door wagons are getting harder and harder to find. This particular wagon has been in California it's entire life and still has it's original black California plates both front and rear. The front original dealer license plate frame is still on the car. The Falcon 2 Door Wagon has a very light coat of primer over her body, this was sprayed over original paint as a base protector. I do have pics before to show the car is straight. The body is in very nice condition, there are no major dents, and the body is sound. It looks like someone attemped a minor back yard fix in the left rear corner of the roof above the rain gutter, there is a small area of bondo seen in a couple of the pics, not a big deal, you have to look for it to see it, and again the car is 45 years old and still shows very well!! The interior is original as is the seats, not bad for 45 years old. The door panels are original as well. The carpet needs to be replaced as does the headliner. The Wagon is a factory automatic car on the column with a inline six cylinder motor, factory power steering and all are original equipment. The odometer reads 32,368 I am sure it is 132,368 original miles. I have a clean clear California title in hand. The Wagon has not been driven for some time, a new exhaust system was started but never finished, this is the only thing preventing this Wagon from firing up. It was a driver prior to the exhaust system project. Rear cargo area is straight and sound, all the glass is in excellent condition, there is not any broken or cracked glass anywhere on the car, and all the windows roll up and down effortlessly, including the rear tailgate glass. If you have any questions or comments on the Falcon Wagon, please ask. If there is a specific picture of the Wagon you would like to see, again, please ask. Please look at the pictures closely, you can see how clean, straight and solid this Wagon is. The car is located here in the San Francisco bay area and I would be happy to show the car anytime. This is a survivor. Thanks for looking, good luck on the auction, and as always...Happy Bidding!!
