Wow! Is what I have to start with. With over 35 years experience in world class restoration, it never ceases to amaze me when I come across an all original never restored low mileage one owner Porsche with no accident history and never any rust with documented low miles supported by service records since new. I wish all of you could see and drive this 912, up close and personal. Just to open and close the doors, lets you know. It will be a long time before I find another one like this. This is a completely original perfect performing survivor. Original paint, body, chrome, interior, engine, transaxle, jack, spare, and maybe the best tool kit I've seen, with the red handle screw driver and hub cap remover that look like they were never taken out of the kit. Look at the dash, look at the headliner, look at the keys, and look at the factory black at the bottom of the rockers. All four wheels still have the stainless steel spring clips that limit movement of the valve stems by centrifigul force at high speed. The engine still has the very rare air pump and all related pieces and operating normally. The one year only door panels, thankfully haven't been cut for door speakers. The jump seats still have the straps that snap to hold them up, and all of the pristine original insulation below the rubber matting is all there and preserved now and hopefully forever, in the hands of the next responsible custodian. I'm not going to clean and detail this car, it doesn't need it. I would normally recolor the original factory undercoating, not this time, it's too good to touch and should be left alone. If any of you have been waiting for that collector quality untouched original, this is really it. Never out in bad weather and never left out in the sun. This is the one!
