Vehicle Detail
This truck has been in Northern Nevada since new. It is still on the original Title signed off and clear. The original color appears to be Turqouise and Salmon colored wheels, with white accents. The motor runs and it can be driven on to a trailer or transport. The Gas tank is out and is on an aux fuel pump and bottle (see front pic). Some of the wireing is bypaseed for it to run. The seat and whatever else you see missing in the pictures is missing. The parts pictured on the ground are for the truck. It needs total restoration and is sold AS IS. The buyer will need to pay in full within 5 days of auction close and pick up within 30 days. Please ask questions prior to bidding, and investigate your shipping arrangement. I was told that this is an unusual truck, in that 55 production dates were irregular and the 5 window cab and V8 are Rare. ? True or not, this is a good example of a West Coast truck from the 50s with a clear title that runs.On Sep-03-10 at 22:08:51 PDT, seller added the following information: The truck is located in Minden Nevada 89423 (45 miles south of Reno)On Sep-07-10 at 15:01:08 PDT, seller added the following information: Thanks for all the interest. The nearest shipping port is Oakland California. Aladdin Freight does a lot of vehicles (in Container) to Europe. The truck is located in Minden Nevada 89423. The Brakes do not work, pedal goes to floor. And the tires are ancient. It needs to be trailered. For Canada, please note that the title was signed off by a previous owner many years ago. I will also offer a bill of sale and guarantee of clear Title. Thanks again and good luck.
