Oil, Transmission, Power Steering, Coolant, and Brake Fluid. The Brakes, Exhaust, Suspension, Steering, EVERYTHING is in tip top shape. NO RUST. PERIOD. Clean and Clear PA title. The van will be sold with fresh PA state inspection sticker if sold to buyer in PA. If buying from out of state, I could still have it done prior to pick-up, but you will have to cover the cost. I refuse to waste the cash if your just going to scrape the sticker when you get home anyways. I believe it will cost $40. The van DOES NOT require emissions in PA because it is over 9,000 gvwr.
