This is a 1972 Pontiac Le Mans/GTO, in 1972 Pontiac did not make a GTO convertible, however some 72' Le Mans convertibles including this one came with the Endura option "includes the following GTO front end features: energy-absorbing bumper, grille, hood with scoops, headlamp arrangement, valance panel, parking lamps and front fenders with air extractors" This car has 133,00 miles, I put in new brakes, rebuilt the transmission, new Edelbrock carb, the motor is a super strong 400hp 4 barrel that was rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago, it came from a 1968 GTO. The body and interior are in good condition. This car is not in show condition. I have the original invoice, sales receipt and tons of other receipts. The car is good to go and was inspected today on September 2, 2010 This car is a total head turner and if you are looking for a cool convertible muscle car then this it is for you.
