1961 Cadillac Coupe Deville For sale is a great example of a 1961 Coupe Deville. It was a “barn” find stored since 1973 (37 years!) when it last received an inspection sticker. This vehicle is a survivor car with 70,743 miles. Information regarding the codes of the car is below. The paint is correct to the original code as well as interior trim. The car is equipped with a 6 way power drivers seat, door guards, E-Z-Eye glass (tinted glass all around), a pair of fog lamps, all power windows, radio with remote control, and liscence plate frame. The engine bay is clean enough to eat off of. Engine runs strongly (no ticks or pings) and fires right up. Rubber hoses are all in good condition (no cracking or punctures). The hood springs are strong and fenders straight. The firewall is solid as well as the wheel wells. There’s a new battery under the hood. The radiator is in good condition with great cooling fins. All power windows work perfectly. The seats are firm and vinyl is uncracked. The steering wheel is in great condition (no cracking, sun washing, or blemishes). The dashpad top is also great (no cracking, fading, or warping from sun). Trim on the doors is in good condition as shown. The interior is original and in great condition for an antique. There is a small tear along a stitched seam in drivers seat (shown in photo). The decklid inside of the rear window shows weathering. The headliner is free of any rips or holes. The body is in great shape with straight lines and even gaps (No body rot). The bottoms of the doors are solid and free of rot. Below the rear window is in great shape free of rot where it usually takes hold. The windshield is free or cracks or pits. The side mirror is in good condition. The rearview mirror shows some spotting in the glass from age. All chrome trim is in great condition. The grill is in great condition with every fin in place. The chrome bumpers have a good overall finish. The frame, floor, and trunk are very solid free of any rot as you can see in the photos. In the trunk, you will find a full size spare as well as the original jack and carpeting. The wheel covers are nice and free of curb marks. The tires have life and hold air. The distributor cap and rotor along with wires appears to have been replaced by previous owner. He also appears to have replaced the muffler and pipes from the headers back.
