1986 Ford Mustdang convertible. Car runs and drives. Interior is in good shape, no rips or tears. This vehicle was purchased for a friends son for his first car. However the car has a rusty subframe and we feel the car would be better used as a parts car. We took the car to our mechanic and he felt that due to the rusty subframe it could be unsafe. However, the engine is very strong and always starts. Only 87,000 miles. V6 automatic, power windows, doors, brakes and steering. The body is in rough shape near the bottoms of the doors. Any rust or damage is shown in photos. I'm not able to get photos of the rusty frame. The convertible top needs a new window and is in fair shape but does not leake. The tires have some good tread left on them. All the hub caps are in good shape and all match. Car was purchased in Micigan. I do not know enough about this particular year to say if the frame can be repaired. Also I wanted to mention that the drivers door has some bondo in it. You should be ablet to see it in the photos.
