PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING PRIOR TO BIDDINGYou’re bidding on my personally owned 2003 Honda Accord LX 4cylinder w/5spd manual transmission with 146,580 actual miles on it. My wife bought the car brand new and although changed hands a few times it has always been within our immediate family. I still currently use the as as a daily driver so the mileage will increase by the end of the auction.HistoryThis is a one family owned vehicle that has been regularly serviced and maintained as needed. The car had a timing belt at 90k and a new clutch at 125k miles. The car is mechanically perfect and runs out great and get around 29mpg on highway. Overall Condition I would consider the vehicle to be in "Average" condition based on the age, mileage, and visible wear on the vehicle, please read below for specific details. The Exterior The exterior of the Accord is a little rough but par for the course here in Florida where we have excessive clear coat wear from the bright sun. The roof of the Accord is the worst of the clear coat wear, and the hood is just barely starting to show wear (see pics). The rest of the paint shows awesome and shows with a deep shine and gloss. There is a little damage on the passenger rear from someone getting too close in a parking lot, you can hardly spot the damage in person, but its there and I assume its a cheap fix. Overall the Accord looks great, like I said I still daily drive it and it looks fine to me.. The Interior The interior of the Accord is also in good shape, there are absolutely no rips, no tears, and no burns. We are non-smokers so the car does not smell of a smokers vehicle. The cloth seats are in good shape and show normal wear, the carpets show a little more wear and have some light stains. The drivers floor has a couple of wear holes from my wife driving the car in heels, but throw a floor mat down and you'd never notice them. Overall the interior needs a good detailing and it would show much better, but its also fine the way it is. The Mechanics The Accord fires right up and runs out great, mechanically the car is in 100% perfect mechanical condition and needs nothing mechanical. The 5spd manual transmission shifts out PERFECTLY without any slippage or hesitation between shifts as you work you way up to highway speeds. The car drives 100% straight and no vibrations, no pulling, nothing... The A/C blows ICE cold and all electrical power options work and function as they should including the keyless entry, power seat, windows, mirrors and so on...The check engine light recently came on and its due to a bad O2 sensor, the Maint Reqrd light is also on, which means its time for an oil change. The car has the 16" Accord EX alloy wheels with a set of Michelin tires with approx 70% tread wear remaining. Overall this car is mechanically solid and in excellent running condition. I wouldnt hesitate to drive this car cross country under any circumstances, this car is 100% rock solid and it had been very well maintained and I never spared any expense with any repairs or regular service. The miles are all highway miles as the car was used to visit our work clients and the car still gets driven but I we purchased another vehicle. Lastly, the cars offered on eBay are being offered at "wholesale" pricing which means our operation is not like your run of the mill car lot. In order to keep our pricing at the wholesale level we do not offer services like normal "retail" dealers. We do not offer airport pickup and the cars are delivered with a 1/4 tank of fuel, so please factor that into your bidding.Please add an additional $150 to your winning bid for documentation fee's. The doc fee helps offset the cost of clerical fee's like Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS when we send out the paperwork to you. Terms of Sale There is a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 48 hours of the close of the auction, and the remaining balance is due within 5 days of the close of the auction. Our auctions are 7 day auctions and run Monday to Monday so deposits are due in our office by the Wednesday following the end of the auction and remaining balance is due by the end of the week on Friday, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to bidding. There is no exception to the deposit unless you plan on picking up the vehicle and paying in full within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept Cash in Hand, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Bank to Bank Wire Transfers although our preferred method of payment is Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. No Paypal, personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstance. At the end of every auction we will send you a confirmation email and prefer that you contact us by phone the day the auction ends to make arrangements for payment and pickup of your vehicle.
