PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING PRIOR TO BIDDINGThis is a re-list due to a non-paying bidder....please dont waste our time if you have no intention of paying for it...You’re bidding on a 2003 Infiniti I35 w/Sport Package and Navigation with 187,972 actual miles. The I35 was recently repo'ed for non-payment and is being offered with NO RESERVE, highest bid will win the truck! Please read below for specific details about the vehicle. Overall Condition I would consider the vehicle to be in "Rough" condition based on the age, mileage, and visible wear on the vehicle, please read below for specific details. The Exterior The exterior of the I35 shows good but the car has been totally repainted, please look at the pictures. The silver paint shows with a nice and bright shine and gives a good reflection off the paint. The car has been totally repainted, and although it looks good you can slightly tell its been repainted if you know what to look for. The car does some minor damage, the drivers front head lamp (plastic) is broken and Im sure there are some minor dings on the car. Overall the exterior of the car is decent and presentable but its not perfect. The Interior The interior of the I35 is in about the same condition as the exterior. The leather seats show exceptionally well with normal wear on the driver seat bolsters. The carpets are clean but have a few stains and imperfections such as tear and rips in the floor on the drivers side. I do not have the front factory floor mats for the car and I assume it was a non-smoker as the car does not smell of a smokers vehicle. The car is equipped with a sunroofs and factory Navigation (Navigation disc is missing). Overall the interior is in below average condition but with some TLC and cleaning it could show much better. The Mechanics The I35 fires up, runs and lot drives but I would not consider driving it any distance without a mechanics opinion. I'm NOT a mechanic and I dont know whats wrong with it, The motor idles a little rough and makes a little noise. I would assume the worst and assume you need to install a used motor. The automatic transmission shifts out perfectly without any problems. The return hose from the power steering is also leaking and will need to be replaced. The A/C blows ICE cold and all electrical power options work and function as they should including the power windows, mirrors and so on...The tires will need to be replaced soon. Overall this is an excellent buy and there is no reserve so whoever is the high bidder wins it. I do however reserve the right to end the auction early as the truck is being offered locally for sale. Serious buyers are encouraged to call me and I do not think the truck will last long at the price Im willing to sell it for....again serious buyers call me. Lastly, the cars offered on eBay are being offered at "wholesale" pricing which means our operation is not like your run of the mill car lot. In order to keep our pricing at the wholesale level we do not offer services like normal "retail" dealers. We do not offer airport pickup and the cars are delivered with a 1/4 tank of fuel, so please factor that into your bidding.Please add an additional $125 to your winning bid for documentation fee's. The doc fee helps offset the cost of clerical fee's like Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS when we send out the paperwork to you. If you dont like the doc fee please dont bid on our auctions, the fee is charged to eveyone...Including other car dealers.. Terms of Sale There is a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 48 hours of the close of the auction, and the remaining balance is due within 5 days of the close of the auction. Our auctions are 7 day auctions and run Monday to Monday so deposits are due in our office by the Wednesday following the end of the auction and remaining balance is due by the end of the week on Friday, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to bidding. There is no exception to the deposit unless you plan on picking up the vehicle and paying in full within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept Cash in Hand, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and Bank to Bank Wire Transfers although our preferred method of payment is Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. No Paypal, personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstance. At the end of every auction we will send you a confirmation email and prefer that you contact us by phone the day the auction ends to make arrangements for payment and pickup of your vehicle.
