Up for auction is a good friend's 1923 Bucket T. Here is the story: Built by my friend and his buddy in the early 70's. Originally had a long ram 413 in it but someone offered them a bunch of money for the motor and transmission and they sold it. Motor was replaced by a 1967 Dodge Dart 273 cu in High Performance V8 and auto transmission. Car was never completed with this engine and has sat in a heated garage for 37 years. Last registered and inspected in 1973. Car has brakes but no brake lines, radiator and original 23 shell but no hoses, has moly front straight axle with cross springs, Dash is custom walnut with mustang guages but not installed. No floor, Crager SS wheels all around, 1940's Simon Pure gas tank. Car has lots of potential and would make an excellent project. Hooked up a battery and temporary gas tank, cleaned the points and it started right up! Runs great with no misses or smoke, holds great oil pressure. Sounds really strong.
