1975 Honda CB400F SupersportThis is a very clean original 1975 Honda CB400F Super Sport. Manufacture date is 9-1974. It is also a very low serial numbered bike at #822. Motor is # 812. This makes it one of the very first CB400F production bikes off the line the first week of September 1974. The tool kit, tool kit tray, and tray cover and original owners manual are included. Everything works on the bike. It needs nothing. I have a clear Massachusetts title for the bike in my possession. There are two keys for the bike. The bike has never been restored. The seat has two small slits in the vinyl that are hardly noticeable. The chain is new as are the period correct IRC tires. The previous owner had the fuel tank sealed for peace of mind, although it does not look like it needed it. Also there are some touch up areas on the tank to cover some scratches. Side covers have no cracks. Carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt including synchronization. The exhaust system is all original with no holes or rust. The only items that I can see that are not original to the bike are- tires, chain, spark plug wires, and horn. The bike has just over 40,000 miles on it but starts and runs like new.
