I have had a lot of messages asking me to make the deal outside of eBay. NO WAY! The list price is my rock bottom price, and if it doesn't sell, it comes back to eBay next spring at the fair market value based on KBB, currently $8770.00 This is a FANTASTIC car! It has been a lot of fun over the last six years, and I hate to sell it. As anyone can see, I am not a salesman. I am being up front about what's not perfect about this car. You will be hard pressed to find a Corvette of this quality for this price. 1990 Medium Red Metallic Convertible with newer (92) front and rear bumpers and wheels. The color changes depending on the angle of the light source. Sometimes it looks deep dark red, and then it shifts to a lighter red as you move your point of reference. The car runs VERY well and has recently been in the shop to correct a tachometer error. All of the instrument panel except the seatbelt light works. The instrument panel is hybrid, some analog gages, and some digital, like the speedometer. Very good condition, I won't say excellent because I have pretty high standards for excellent. If you look very close, there are minor things that subtract excellence points. Here is the list: -- Very Good rubber all around, one of the rear tires has a plug in it due to a nail puncture. -- The right front speaker is not working, probably just a wire, I think it could be fixed. -- The seatbelt warning light stays on all the time. -- There are a few minor scratches. One of them is a gouge near the driver side roof anchor pin as seen in the pictures. -- The driver's seat is slightly worn at the bolsters. Difficult to find a driver's seat of a 1990 Corvette in better condition. -- The electric door locks are sluggish, but they work. Other question answered: -- Kelly Blue Book lists this car at $8770. The starting bid is significantly lower then that, but it's not going any lower. -- The top works and vinyl the back window is clear. Like I say, the top works, but it's a lot more fun to drive with the top down. Corvettes do have blind spots. -- Edlebrock Performer IAS shocks installed in 2005. -- K&N air filter, used a K&N oil filter, but recently changed the oil and I didn't feel like spending the bucks just before a sale. It's been a great summer fun car. Delivery: -- I will deliver within a 250 mile radius of Kalamazoo Michigan, look it up on Map Quest and if the distance says 250 or less I'll deliver it free of charge. -- Beyond 250 Miles from Kalamazoo is up to the buyer. However, I can be persuaded. Give me a shout, I am open to ideas.
